Trail Description
The trail starts at the south end of the parking lot. Passing through a strip of woodland adjacent the marsh for a few hundred meters, the trial arrives at its first elevated viewing platform. From there it follows a dike across the marsh. On the other side of the marsh, through more woodland a little spur trail leads to a second viewing platform. The main trails continues through an old homestead and completes a circle around the marsh.
Trail Access
From Highway 5 at the south end of Valemount, enter the Wildlife Refuge Parking lot directly in front of the Best Western Hotel.
